About Shipping Charges

For orders over 10,000 yen, shipping is free. For international shipments, the shipping fee will vary depending on the region.

Shipping Method

The shipping method is specified by us and cannot be selected by the customer in principle.

About delivery time

Orders in stock will usually be shipped within one week. However, this may not be the case in the event of a recent stock-out, or in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are taking place. Please understand this in advance.

If an item is out of stock, it may take some additional time to ship as each piece is handmade. Please contact us if you are in a hurry.

Damage during shipping

Although we take great care when preparing for shipping to prevent scratches and dents on the outer box, there is a possibility that damage may occur during transportation after delivery to the shipping company due to some trouble or the shipping company’s responsibility.

Please understand that scratches and dents on the outer box may not interfere with the viewing of the product.
