Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • If the product is defective, please contact us within one week of receiving the product. Please note that if you do not contact us within one week of receiving the merchandise, we may not be able to accept your return request.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used once, or returns due to customer reasons, such as the color differing from the monitor color or image.
